2 Layers vibratory sieve machine for BSF sieving

One client from Kenyae would like to separate BSF frass and larva. They demand output

is 200kg/h, we recommend dia 600mm vibratory sieve machine with 2 layers. The material is contact part stainless. It can separate the BSF larva from their frass and get the larva, adult. BSF is a new developed industry which is replacing old substance. Along the new industry develop, there are appearing some industry chain. It include the BSF feeding, processing, dryer, press oil, and packing.


There are family feed BSF, also have farm feed. For small output home feeding, the small linear vibrating screen and rotary vibratory sieve can meet the demand. But for factory feeding, there need to adopt other type machine due to large capacity. So we also recommend the tumbler screen for farm BSF sieving.
