Our client from Middle East would like to grade silica sand. They demand 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm and 12mm for 5 sizes and the capacity demand 3t/h. According to client demand, we recommend tumbler screening machine with dia 1800mm. Consider the 7mm, 9mm and 12mm size is large, we recommend to use the punching plate as the sieve mesh. Base the tumbler screener will reach 5 layers, when replacing the sieve screen mesh, it has some difficulties for manual operation. So we increase the air powder lift device to help the client change the sieve mesh. For 3mm, 5mm and 7mm use the woven mesh, there are bouncing ball for cleaning sieve mesh. For the tumbler screen, it also demand uniform feeding, so we also recommend the screw feeder and storage hopper for receiving the material. The client is satisfied with our solution and he said the sieving capacity is beyond their expectation.
