Vacuum Feeder Working Principles
The working principle of the pneumatic vacuum feeder is that the control device starts the motor to remove the air in the hopper, and at the same time, closes the feeding device to generate negative pressure in the hopper. Under the action of negative pressure, the materials in the storage cylinder are sucked into the hopper through the conveying pipe. When the set time is reached, the motor stops working, the internal blanking device automatically opens the baffle, and the material flows out of the hopper into the injection molding machine or other auxiliary machines.
The vacuum valve of the vacuum suction machine opens and begins to suck materials. The strong negative pressure sucks materials away from the inlet. Then in the hopper of the feeder, the filter system separates the air from the material. Materials fall down automatically under the action of gravity, and materials are collected in the silo. When the bin is full of materials, it will automatically stop sucking and open the discharge valve.
The materials will flow out from the discharge port and directly fall into the storage container. When the material is discharged, the filter element is automatically cleaned by the back blowing air bag. After unloading, the unloading chamber is automatically closed and the whole conveying process is restarted.
