Roller drum screen
The roller drum screen, also called trommel screen, rotary drum screen, is a standard coarse materials primary sizing and grading equipment. The drum screen motor is connected with the drum device through a reducer through a coupling to drive the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the fertilizer enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the fertilizer on the screen surface turns over and rolls, and is separated out through the grading screen from top to bottom. Due to different screen sizes, the fertilizer is separated and screened, the qualified materials (under the screen) are discharged through the screen of the outer circle of the drum, and the unqualified materials (above the screen)) are discharged through the end of the drum.
